not well

ariff came down with a fever on wednesday. his temperature was quite high but nothing to worry about. then when the temperature went down, he had flu and cough. took him to the doctor on saturday and she asked him to use the nebuliser.

in my bumbo seat

i put ariff in the bumbo seat for the first time today. he's been holding his head up straight for almost a month so i thought he's ready for the bumbo. and yes he was...

turning 4 months

my little man is four months today. four months seem to fly by so fast when the baby is so easy to look after. at four months, ariff can -

lift his head, although he took his time doing it...

laugh out loud...

follow mummy when she sticks her tongue out...

follow abang long and abang walking / running / laughing around the room...

drink almost 6oz of milk (its about time i change his bottle to the bigger one)...

sleep through the night, which he has done since he turned 2 months...

ariff is such a beautiful surprise and has the most wonderful personality. he wakes up with a smile and goes to sleep on his own. if he's not up for a daytime nap, he will watch the telly by himself. he loves the camera and because of that, his mummy is forever clicking away when we're together.

at 3 months

and a bit, ariff can finally raise his head. its just a slight raise but i'm putting him on his tummy more so that he'd practise raising his head.

3 months old

ariff turned 3 months yesterday. he's not able to raise his head yet, maybe because i've been putting him on his back too much.

ariff loves to smile and talk. he' always smiling and loves looking up to people' faces. he's always been close to amir (maybe because they look alike) but now he likes it when asyraf kisses him.

he's having a slight temperature now and has the sniffles. poor baby...

long leave with ariff

took friday last week and monday this week off. spent friday alone with ariff at home.


ariff's very responsive recently. he laughs when i laugh, he smiles when i smile and he loves making bubbles.


he's just so precious...
